Accidentally disconnected from PS4 Slim
Accidentally disconnected from PS4 Slim which repeatedly corrupted my extended storage device. If I connect my extended storage device directly to the console there is no problem, if I use a USB hub I have to repair the extended storage at least 3 times a week because it gets disconnected randomly. A great inconvenience since improper shutdown could damage my hard drive beyond repair.
