It took me some time to figure out which of the seven installation options I should use and I'm pretty tech savvy! The sound on the network TV is good but I still can't figure out how to connect it to my streaming channels. Shame as I spend most of my time browsing Roku. I tried going online to the Serene Innovations website but couldn't find an answer. UPDATE - WORKS! Thanks to the Q&A section on the product page. I removed the red and white audio jacks from the CABLE BOX and connected them directly to the TV's audio outputs. Works well on streaming channels now!
