An improvement over the traditional potato ricer
Unlike the traditional (old fashioned) potato ricer, it's easier to use and mashes potatoes a little quicker due to the convex bottom and barrel holes on the top side. It is easy to clean if you rinse it immediately after use. But if it's been on the counter long enough for the potatoes to dry out, you'll need to peel them a little or soak them in the sink for 5 minutes. Can be used for guacamole and other foods that can be broken.
