I like that we can integrate our sales order with both SAP (ERP) and Xero so we are able to see all of our customer's transactions in one place. We had previously been using another third party system to pull this information but it did not always sync up well between systems. The support is great when they do answer your questions - however there is no guarantee you will get an answer from them! It would be better if we received more frequent updates about changes to their product. This helps us keep track of what issues customers have as well as getting feedback at a faster rate than before. Also being integrated into Xero means our accounts team now uses the same software across multiple locations which has made things easier.
