Found this while researching Hydroxyapatite/Bone Charcoal. I believe this is the best alternative to activated alumina. However, this does not matter because the product I received does not match the photo. I have a solid white filter filled with some sort of fluoride remover, not activated charcoal or anything else often found in an all-in-one filter. This product is most likely a "Fluorine Only" filter used in conjunction with a multi-filter water treatment system. I believe the item I received in the mail was this one. Aries Fluoride Removal Water Filter Cartridge AF-10-3690 One last thing to consider when buying from this seller. When I made a purchase on 10/18/15 it said only one left in stock and it still says it is 11/27/15.
