Review on The Ultimate Printing Solution: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer by Kevin Witherspoon

Arrived quickly, well packaged. No problem. The problem was with the printer. And when I complained, Dave referred me to HP. They could have sold it but I had no responsibility, guidance or support from Dave other than that. The black ink is no longer printed. I spent almost a month trying to fix the problem myself. It worked, it didn't work. I ended up contacting HP support. It turned out"failure of the printhead". HP replaced the entire printer. Since printers aren't that expensive, I think twice before buying a refurbished printer again.
