I have used over ten of these monitors and they all work perfectly. Simple monitor with no frills. The screen is bright and the colors are vibrant. The reviewer who posted the blurry image had a non-product technical issue. You must set your computer's resolution to your monitor's native resolution, which is 1366 x 768 for that monitor. Most people think that you can just unplug your old monitor and plug in a new one, but that's not true. They stated in their review that they have a non-widescreen CRT monitor, so their resolution is probably 1024 x 768, which is likely causing their problem. Buy with confidence as these monitors come with a 3 year warranty. I've bought Acer monitors that needed warranty service (they were almost three years old and ran non-stop). The guarantee process is very simple. Go to the Acer warranty page, fill in your information, send the monitor to a repair center (in my case in Texas) and receive the repaired monitor in about a week.
