LOOKS GORGEOUS POOR QUALITY
When I received this coat I was pleased it was very attractive and true to size (ordered a few sizes up so I can wear clothes underneath and I like loose coats and comfortable). I bought this specifically to wear on a trip to DC the day after Christmas. After only two days of wearing, the seams on both sides of the back came undone, the button fell off, everything "crumbled", threads are hanging all over the coat. It's a Steve Madden coat so I'm shocked at the poor quality. I only had to wear it for 3-4 days in Washington and then we went back to Florida. I am so disappointed. After just a few days of wearing, it looks like a homeless person slept in it and wore it for years. I am attaching photos, I hope they show these details.
