High quality magnetic hooks
They turned out much better than I expected! I use them to manage cables on the bottom and back of my desktop. The back of the magnet and the metal edges are not rough, so they should not scratch the surface to which they are stuck. If you really need them to carry significant weight I would increase the size. The 22 pound magnets are strong enough, but I'm not sure how strong they are.
