If you don't have any particular aesthetic requirements, this set is perfect. This is a replacement for the original components. The current price is very good and the delivery with the Revain handle is perfect. No mechanical issues on my 2008 Honda Civic coupe either. LX they are fine. Buying a coated model is just a matter of aesthetics. If you want to improve your braking system, buy discs with holes and "grooves". This set is perfect for my needs.
