Review on 🔌 White 3FT (0.9M) Amazon Basics USB Type-C to USB-A 2.0 Male Charger Cable by Ronald Howlett

I have had this charger for a little over 6 months and it has never charged as fast as the cables that came with my phone (Google Pixel) but I have it kept next to my bed and only used it at night so didn't need a quick charge and I liked the extra cord length. I woke up in the middle of the night (thank goodness) to see a notification that the phone/charger was overheating and needed to be unplugged, which I did. When I woke up again and saw that I was down to 20% battery after several hours of charging, I tried a different cable and found it difficult to connect. Everything on my phone where you plug in the cord smells old. Cigarette and the cable melted. Now I have to change the whole phone. DO NOT BUY.
