Review on Hardtail Mountain Trail Bike By Huffy In 24", 26", And 27.5" Sizes by Chris Bhatia

Happy with my purchase and the shifter is great

This review is for the Huffy Hardtail Mountain Trail Bike. Some of the other reviews I think have other bikes pictured.I bought this as I have no bike and my youngest keeps asking me to bike with her and I'm tire of borrowing my wife's bike. I assembled the bike and all of the necessary tools were available to complete such. Thankfully the instruction book is pretty good and everything went well. After assembly, a few shakedown tests revealed only the handlebar needed some tightening.I was most concerned about the shifting as all of the other cheaper bikes we've purchased for our family have left something to be desired. Thus far, this bike shifts well and once in gear I don't hear the derailer dragging on. Just a shift and then silence. Awesome! The bike seems to weigh about as much as my kid's steel bike, which is of course much smaller. I will add that the kick stand is pretty good too. Thus far, and it is still early, I'm real happy with this bike and really wish I had made this purchase a couple of years ago.
