**HP CARE, READ THIS**

My review is based on the use of a tapered fiber seal (or woven SS, whichever you prefer) as opposed to a copper O-ring and mirrors not reflected here the manufacturer or seller . These gaskets seal very well and are a perfect choice if every ounce of performance is not important to you. If you've spent countless hours and money trying to get every tiny amount of performance you can squeeze out, USE a COPPER O-RING if at all possible. That's why. This fiber gasket, like any other gasket, requires the correct torque and technique to "squeeze" and seal properly, which usually results in the gasket "squeezing" past the seat and protruding into the outlet port, which Causes turbulence and restricts some type of flow. This affects everything down to your melody. Not to say that this happens under all circumstances. I've seen where one of the heads is good and the other is limited, or both heads are limited and in some cases were fine, but usually the exhaust was ticking because they weren't tight enough. I love these pads and typically use them where max gain isn't a concern. You can see the problem in the examples. Rice. 1 and 2 is the conical outside, and fig. 3 is the back facing towards the inside of the port where this is clearly visible. the amount of gasket extruded into the flow path. Also note the carbon deposits that also appear.
