The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!
My observation (maybe wrong, who knows). It's impossible to explain to people and figure out for yourself how good Super Mario Odyssey or Animal Crossing is, you have to try it yourself. Nintendo games are as unique in mechanics and design as they are specific. Relatively speaking, if you liked some Yoshi on the Super Nintendo as a child, then the Switch is prescribed for you. Nintendo makes games primarily for an older audience.
Pros
- The main killer feature is the ability to instantly return to the game. You sit/lying anywhere, at work, in bed, on the push, picked up the game, exactly from the place where you left off yesterday/last week. It cannot be overestimated, because finally you can pump skills in Skyrim non-stop :> Looks great and feels great in the hands. Like such an advanced unusual device. Even if on closer inspection all the jambs pop up, dust particles under the protective film, the assembly is not the most reliable and all that. Surprisingly thoughtful and nimble OS. For example, when you connect a memory card, games will be downloaded to it, you do not need to configure anything.
Cons
- Despite a decent package, you still need to take at least a memory card. Built-in little. I also realized for myself that cartridges are as inconvenient as possible. Yes, you can drive away the past and buy a new one, but rearranging them is simply unbearable. If you want to play one, but you have a cartridge with another, well, don't rearrange it. I only played Animal Crossing like this for a few months because I was too lazy to put in another game. Got drunk? Of course it's portable. Now I focus only on the number, and there prices are biting and discounts are rare, but sometimes you can grab something good, the main thing is to monitor the whole thing.
