doesn't keep in touch

If the headphones kept in touch they would be a winner. Instead I hear a voice in my ear every 2 or 3 seconds saying "Disabled". then connected. then turned off. Almost lost my mind. They kept in touch when I was on the phone but the rest of the time. tied together. disabled. tied together.
