Ideal for fatty foods. We're in the process of buying a house so I'm trying to make some extra money by selling dinner plates (quesa birria pictured) and desserts and it's worked out great! I had an insert that I used in the "junk" bin for bones and fat that I threw away and they held up ridiculously well! I made two large pots and nothing leaked through the paper, didn't get wet or tear it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by their durability. I would definitely buy them again! I don't know if this is a game changer for anyone, but the paper is only printed on one side. Not a deal breaker for me personally, but thought I'd post it just in case it's helpful to someone. I haven't tried cleaning them, so I can't confirm their cleanability. Although definitely durable.
