All signs in the listing indicate that the device is equipped with dynamic braking. The GT Series manual describes how to set up dynamic braking. One of the images in the listing shows the external resistors installed. However, it turns out that the GT series comes in two versions: with and without dynamic braking. The seller is aware that at least some buyers expect a device with dynamic braking capability (see his answer to the braking question). However, he has done nothing to let buyers know that he is delivering a corrupted version. The seller is intentionally misleading If you buy the GT series from someone else but make sure you get dynamic braking.
