Put BOOM in your room!

Well, first off, these speakers are HUGE. They say they are computer speakers and even show them connected to a laptop in some promotional photos. If you don't want to use huge speakers on your laptop, you won't use them in a mobile setup. I would even say that these speakers are primarily intended for an entertainment system. I was going to connect them to my desktop PC but they are so big I thought it would be better to use them when connected to my TV. The speakers consist of a tweeter, a midrange driver and a GIANT subwoofer. The subwoofer is a bit bigger than one of those old school 13 inch CRT TVs with built in VHS players. who were in your dorm. In addition, you get a remote control that you can use with the battery already installed. The speakers are equipped with a variety of connectors, including coaxial, optical and 3.5mm jacks for connecting to audio devices. You have to connect the passive speaker to the active one, so the kit is not completely wireless. You also need to use two different outlets to power the whole thing. One for the powered speaker, the other for the subwoofer. Powered speakers and subwoofers have power switches that must be on to function. When you turn it on for the first time, the wireless subwoofer connects to an active speaker, which in turn connects to a passive speaker. Since my TV has Bluetooth, I decided to use it to connect the speakers to the display. The pairing process was easy and I found that these speakers don't lose connection to my TV like other speakers I've paired. So when I turn on the TV, they connect automatically and stay connected until I turn the TV off. They then go into standby mode until the TV turns back on, and then reconnect automatically. The included remote works great with volume control, pause, and content playback. You can also use it to switch between inputs and turn speakers on and off. In terms of sound, the speakers are okay. It doesn't feel like surround sound, but it's a lot better than the sound coming from the TV itself. On the back of the subwoofer is a knob for adjusting the bass level. Now, when it comes to bass, the subwoofer comes into play. Out of curiosity, I turned it all the way on and my mom stopped by to comment. When my mission is done, I turn it off so it doesn't shake the walls. When watching movies and games, these speakers provide fantastic sound. So these speakers are too big for a standard computer setup, but would be great for a receiver in a stereo or TV. The speaker set is expensive but for what you get and for the size and power of the subwoofer I think the price can be justified. I love these speakers and would recommend them as an upgrade to your TV sound. the subwoofer gives in a big way. Out of curiosity, I turned it all the way on and my mom stopped by to comment.
