I bought this watch for my father who has Alzheimer's and we needed an easy way to track and communicate with him. Here are the advantages of this watch: It is very easy to use. It has a button that toggles the watch face on and off. The dial has the traditional "hand" dial that my dad likes, but if you swipe it will go to digital reading and open up the rest of the watch's functions. (He doesn't use them) Press and hold a button and it works as an SOS call for up to 5 numbers. (Programmed and switched between them until one responds) We added an AT&T SIM card and added it to my $10/month plan. Installation in store took 15 minutes. (Simple and EASY!) The tracking app is very beautiful, simple and easy to use and can be programmed with all sorts of functions, most of which I don't use. I LOVE the tracking feature and geo-fence. (That bribed me in hours). Here are the cons: Battery life is short. 8-10 hours is all you need before you need to charge it again, so it's difficult to wear it all day. Technical support is provided via email and from China only. Don't wait "now" for help. They reply within a day, usually faster, but they are clearly NOT native English speakers. (But I've had very few issues and they've helped.) Despite what they say, Verizon doesn't work with this watch. They (Verizon) literally changed their 3G service support just 5 days before I tried to activate it. Although AT&T had no problems. My biggest problem is that you can't change the ringtone. It's a digital signal song and my dad starts dancing when he hears it instead of answering the phone. I WISH he had real phone ringing (something he can easily identify as phone ringing) instead of music. But I like almost everything about it! 4/5 stars!
