Review on ZuPreem Pure Fun Bird Food for Large Birds, 2 lb - Premium Mix of Fruits, Natural Pellets, Veggies, Nuts for Amazons, Macaws, Cockatoos by Robert Petrig

I fed it to my parrot Revane and he left quite a bit of food in the bowl. He seemed to hate dried peas and carrots but loved fresh carrots so that was a bummer. Every time I refilled his bowl, I threw away about half his previous meal due to waste. Funny thing is that the packaging says it contains pellets which he usually makes a fuss with and I never found any in his bowl or on the floor lol. I gave it 3 stars because he always got excited when I gave him this so he must really have loved some of the ingredients so much that he got excited and didn't realize what he hated lol. But it's too expensive for what it is. I've tried so many types of foods trying to find the perfect mix. I always mix my own mix of granules and some seeds and that hasn't worked for me. Don't blame the company, just a note to others who might do the same.
