Not only is this a good product but the customer service you can expect will far exceed your expectations. I ordered this cover based on its reviews across the board as well as its affordability compared to other competitors. The cover arrived in just a few days and looked exactly like the picture on the website. I have a large scooter designed to carry one passenger. Unfortunately the suitcase was too narrow for a proper fit, but if you have a short trip it should fit perfectly. Within a day of receiving my cover I received an email from "Eddie" as he was kind enough to check to see if I had received my purchase. I answered yes and I liked the quality, but unfortunately the size was not enough for me. If he hadn't reached out to make sure his customer was happy, I would have just written it off as a bad buy and ate my money. Rather than just deleting my email like most people would, Eddie offered an immediate full refund. He didn't stop there. Instead of me agonizing over getting him back, he just said keep my efforts to do business with them on the back burner. I live a block from the ocean and the salty air is harsh for an uncovered bike, so appreciated the gesture when I was looking for a larger suitcase. I want to say "thank you" to Eddie and encourage them to do a big cover!
