I love this makeup brush for my Mac! I use a full coverage foundation so it's a little heavy and hard to get off the bristles. The best way to clean this brush is to use Mary Kay's vintage Skinvigorate Electric Facial Cleanser. I use hot water to wet the heads of my electric and kabuki brushes, put a pea-sized drop of Dawn soap on the electric brush, and turn on the Skinvigorate rotating brush. I put it on my kabuki head and let the rotating brush do its job. I usually have to repeat the soap application a few times to remove all of the foundation, but after that the kabuki brush is like new! I know it's against the rules to soak makeup brushes in hot water because the filaments of the brush will fall out as it heats the glue that holds the filaments together, but I haven't lost a single strand of this kabuki brush ! That's great! Brushing it once a week will maintain perfect coverage without streaks, especially if you use a heavy, full-coverage foundation! It's SUPER soft on my face and feels luxurious! Just make sure you keep it clean because if it has old base on it the bristles will become spiky just like any base. I am very happy that I bought this brush! ❤❤❤
