For hiking and home!

This rope leash is just the thing we needed. We don’t really train our dog much but we like to go camping and, although we let him run around freely, he’s constantly looking for trouble. It is good to have an extra-long leash to keep him in check during the times when we can’t watch him – I attach the leash to our cabin porch and he still has a lot of room to run and play! The rope is not heavy too so it doesn’t really weigh him down.

Pros

When training the dog in the field, the cord does not get hung up on brush or trees.

Cons

The neon green color may clash with some dog's coat colors
