Review on 📷 Enhanced Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM Fixed Lens for Canon SLR Cameras by Steve Cypert

I keep coming back to the ads and sales page for this lens trying to see what I missed in the description. Where is it written that used lenses and even in a box will not come? I received a heavily used lens in bubble wrap only, no box, no tripod adapter as advertised and no Canon papers. I spoke to a customer service representative and of course I am returning the lens I received. However, there is one issue that I think needs to be addressed. Since I didn't opt for used lenses, I'm sad that I don't pay attention to that. Although the price I paid was just over $319, I was paying for a new product, not a used product and certainly not a frequently used product that doesn't even come in a box. I don't know if other buyers will get new lenses. I know these lenses are still sold in brand new condition at various retail outlets. I would like to test the new Canon EF 100mm f2.8 Macro USM fixed lens. I hope you will work with me to be able to do this. I appreciate your help.
