Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

In essence, it has already been stated by everyone:-) Additionally, due to its extreme sharpness, However, it is available at Ru/get/6610/27071204.1a/0_93714_d72bb0a8_. Specifically, a 180 Amazing detail and crispness! When every hair is visible, Excellent bokeh and drawing Certainly, DOF is small. However, I believe that individuals who are aware of the diaphragm's function will overcome this disadvantage.) In general, it is preferable not to look!

Pros
  • really sharp even at 2.8; set focus limiter

The perfect product for any user!

I used the EOS 60D crop mode to take this two-in-one lens. If you look at the first photo that was taken, you can shoot handheld for one twentieth of a second (! ), and this is on the crop! (For instance, my 50mm f/1.4 and 1/80 frequently smears) Most of the time, f/2.8 Test images:

Pros
  • Sharpness at F/2.8 (! ); excellent color reproduction and contrast; great use of the stabilizer; - Absence of XA at F/2.8; - Build quality: There are no flaws and everything is organized and clear; - 3 distance options, which are very practical and help the lens focus rapidly; - Beautiful bokeh, with circles rather than nuts; - Excellent macro (which I appreciate); - The hood is substantial; on the one hand, it must be removed in order to put on a protective cover, but on the other, it effectively shields the lens from spills, dust, etc.; - The price is reasonable.
Cons
  • At f/2.8, the depth of field is extremely shallow, but this is by design.

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

I am satisfied with the lens, the portraits are excellent, the focus is fast and accurate, I liked the Zeiss 100/2 macro more, but it costs an order of magnitude more expensive and lacks autofocus, which is critical for many! Of course, you won’t get into the eye of a fly (there is an MP-E65 for this), it allows you to shoot completely working shots at 1/25 (of course, if it's not macro) I have never regretted it, I advise everyone. :)

Pros
  • Fast, sharp, not expensive, 2.8 is quite a working hole!
Cons
  • It’s heavy, with the native lens hood on - it’s not realistic to put on the lid, so you can’t twist the polarizer either! Sometimes, during auto-refocusing, it makes gloomy sounds, it seems that it’s about to be covered! :) In a dark room, the focus may not catch.

I RECEIVED A USED LENS (not even in the box).

I keep coming back to the ads and sales page for this lens trying to see what I missed in the description. Where is it written that used lenses and even in a box will not come? I received a heavily used lens in bubble wrap only, no box, no tripod adapter as advertised and no Canon papers. I spoke to a customer service representative and of course I am returning the lens I received. However, there is one issue that I think needs to be addressed. Since I didn't opt for used lenses, I'm sad that I

. While not a line of "L" brand lenses, I would say they are quite comparable to L-type lenses. And of course you don't pay the premium price you have to pay for L-type lenses. Image quality is very sharp for me (although I must add that I'm not a professional photographer). However, you will need a very good tripod and probably the color of the lens itself, since the depth of field is very shallow at close range. The 2.8 aperture is a great feature as you will struggle to get light in some…

Pros
  • . Few competitors.
Cons
  • . Hard to say.

Money saver for full frame, APSC owners better served thanks to 60/2.8

I felt this lens needed image stabilization and without it it's basically useless due to the percentage of blurry shots. This is because at 100mm you need a shutter speed of at least 1/100 to shoot largely free of shake. So I'm looking at the L-aperture version of this lens, but it's out of my budget. Then I stumbled upon the EF-S 60mm/f2.8 lens and realized that it only needed a 1/60th shutter with no image stabilization and would be able to take stable shots, so I bought this lens and am a…

Best investment yet

I bought this lens hoping to get a two in one lens for wedding photography. I was hoping for good macro and a decent teleportrait. I found it more than I was hoping for and something completely different. This is a great portrait lens and a very decent macro lens. Pros: - long focal length (160mm equivalent on a cropped body) - large aperture - nice bokeh - excellent build quality - fast, quiet, very accurate focusing - amazing IQ - no distortion As far as I can tell - little or no chromatic…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Available in white only

This is a fantastic lens that can take great macro shots. The processing quality is good, the optics are very good. However, without image stabilization, you need plenty of light (a flash can be very helpful) and very steady hands (a tripod is very helpful) if you want to get good image quality at the maximum magnification the lens can achieve. As you work with these additional tools, I have no doubt that this lens will do amazing things for you. I mainly shoot by hand, so I had to work harder…

Pros
  • Trial version for one year

  • Slightly torn

I'm REMOVED from this lens! Review from new photographer

I've always wanted a macro lens but it wasn't on my list. However, when Revain had a great deal on this lens a few months ago, I jumped at it. As a beginner, I wasn't too keen on this lens at first. As someone used to pointing and shooting with the Rebel T3i, this lens was difficult to use, blurry and slow to focus, and I expected a little more from the most expensive lens in my hobby lens kit. It took me a while to figure out how to work with the lens, but it just encouraged me to explore the…

One of the best lenses ever made, hands free

This is by far one of the sharpest lenses on the market, not even worse than the most expensive lenses from Canon, Nikon and even Zeiss (whose owners of Nikon and Zeiss will be foaming at the mouth at what he hears, but the results of shooting with this lens don't lie). It's also one of the most versatile, being a true macro lens that doubles and even triples as an incredible portrait lens and fast medium telephoto lens. Its L version, which is twice as expensive, actually only produces an…
