Review on πŸ”Š HP 32-Inch Display with Olufsen Speakers and 2560X1440P Resolution (N9C43AA) by Preston Burnett

It just doesn't look as good as it should.

Update: The HDMI ports work, but there is another issue. After almost a year of use, my wife and I had to move from our apartment to a new house and I accidentally lost the VESA mount adapter that is needed when you want to mount a monitor. Neither HP nor any of their resellers supply this part which means the monitor is now unusable for my current needs and there are no suitable third party parts on the market. i hate hp Update: I was having trouble with this monitor when I noticed that one of the HDMI ports was not detecting a signal. No big deal, I decided to connect my laptop to DisplayPort instead, so I bought a cable from Amazon and waited for delivery. The cable arrived today and I sit down to work from home and my monitor won't even turn on. It's completely dead. I can tell the monitor has power, indicated by the tiny light on the back of the display next to the power jack, and because all my other peripherals (Surface Dock, desktop PC cases, etc. ) are also powered and working properly . This was a huge disappointment for a purchase of this magnitude. I will go back and never buy HP again. I'm a little disappointed with my purchase. The 34-inch display isn't as bright or sharp as other displays at the same price point or less. The 34-inch monitors from Dell, LG and Samsung definitely stand out for their excellent image quality. The nice thing is that the speakers ended up saving me some desktop space since I could get rid of my other speakers (I don't use my desktop as a media center, mostly just productivity and performance, so cheap built-in speakers in the monitor don't bother me special). If you are looking for a great monitor for watching movies I would look elsewhere. are cheap and far from sounding very good, so they unnecessarily make the monitor much larger than it should be. The monitor's black levels are good, but the anti-glare coating tends to wash out the image in my opinion. It also makes no sense that this panel is a VA display. Some like VA displays, others prefer IPS. For the most part it doesn't bother me, but on a monitor this size it just doesn't feel as nice as it otherwise could be, but it's all down to personal preference.
