I am taller and 210. This should fit the XL size recommendation (up to 216) but I thought they were too small and ordered XXL. Firstly they sent the regular size XL wrong so they didn't send the right item at all. I decided to try it on just in case as it was supposed to fit. I'm a bit broad-shouldered, but I'm by no means a giant. It's physically impossible for a 216 or even a 200 person to do this I think unless they have shoulders and arms. This size is ridiculous, consider ordering a size up or order both and see what works.
