I received the product for the first time and it worked well for the first month. then he kept breaking up with us and it just got worse and worse. We dealt with him for several months and thought he was our service provider. After a lot of headaches and resets, we called EnGenius and resolved the issues with them. Still no luck. As it was still under warranty we had to fight the company to get them to send us a new one and it took forever to get to us and we had to fill out and fax a lot of paperwork to get a replacement it wasn't light to get it. Then when the replacement finally arrived it was connected once and never connected again. Please please please please do not buy this product it is horrible. I then switched to another brand and never had a problem.
