I am very upset that this item is non-refundable - it is defective! I plugged it into an outlet with a switch, and many times when I turn the switch on, the knob won't turn the outlet back on. I have to turn the switch off and on multiple times before the button works again. Also, the device resets every time I turn off the switch, so I can't use the switch on the outlet even if it works. more.
