Review on Smart watch Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic 42 mm Wi-Fi NFC, black by Michal Michal ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Product is disappointing, not what it promises.

I moved from the Galaxy Watch's initial iteration and evaluated it. There are really more wearable apps than there are companions for WhatsApp or Telegram (there seems to be a viber app on the market, but I haven't tried it). The watch is less convenient than Taizen right away because various useful widgets (tiles for wearos), such a calendar sheet for a month, are missing. For some reason, the Samsung calendar for WearOS was not created as such a widget; thus, you should search for a replacement in the market and blindly download it. The clock wouldn't charge from the first version, and after 10 seconds it says "charging paused," which is obviously a filthy swine. They at least concurred from a Samsung external battery (with a wireless platform). The watch will fall off the pad since the charging magnet is weak in the bag. 20mm strap fastening (collect again as all large watches use 22mm). The strap from the first generation of the Galaxy is not like that; it is not as tough as some mi bands, but the material was more pleasant to the touch and more elastic. Also, the original strap's horns at the place of attachment prohibit it from twisting and fitting to hands without tubercles. It is inconvenient to install apps from the Google Play Market. You still need to remember to change the device to the watch after selecting wearos because otherwise it will default to the phone version. It states that the application will be installed later after clicking "install." It's unclear whether the application is downloading or waiting for CIA/FSB approval, but eventually it is installed. regular grids have taken the place of circular controls: 1. I preferred the application menu in a circle since it fit under the bezel better. The new one feels more pleasant to hold in the finger. Why there wasn't a way to style the main menu in a watch with GB of Memory and ROM, an enormous OS, a multi-core processor, and a slew of Google services is unclear. 2. The 3x4 grid could be made larger by entering a PIN, and the old round form is simpler to hit even with a finger. Now you have to click OK after entering the numbers, which is not very convenient. Never change previous iterations!

Pros
  • superior to the original in terms of hand comfort (there is matte plastic on the wall) Samsung Pay functions (also worked on Taizen) How well-functioning is the headset so far (!) (Tizen also worked well for the first year, then it became stupid and in 2/3 cases did not turn on the microphone with the speaker) The watch started establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the phone (Taizen didn't work for me).
Cons
  • Wearos (in the horrible version) has no advantages over Tizen for the user; there was minimal software, but there was something else. The built-in calendar deteriorated. There are less beneficial widgets and tiles. Not the worst (2 days with a dip after the first full charge), but significantly worse than the watch's original edition is the life span. The incompatibility with third-party chargers and even with the disgusting charger from the original Galaxy Watch is the most frustrating thing! The strap has undergone numerous negative alterations from earlier iterations. The Play market is inferior to the Galaxy store for the purpose of installing applications (which, however, was dumb on my Taizen and after switching to the 5th version, it stopped displaying key applications) For some reason, they left a silly animation or delay before showing the notification's contents. between displaying a notification's push title and body text is 1-2 seconds. Instantaneous displays from Honor and Mi bands and user-marinating smart watches.
