Review on VetMaster by Robert Oner

I love how easy it was for me as an owner of my own business (small) vet clinic to use this system! It's very user friendly with everything being so intuitive. The customer service has been great too- they are always willing to answer questions or give advice when needed. They have helped us get our billing in order by creating customized reports we can send out monthly/quarterly etc. We also were able to set up recurring payments which saved tons of time each month. There really isn't anything i dislike about using VM other than perhaps having to pay extra fees if we want additional services such as phone calls recorded into patient files. This would be helpful since sometimes clients call asking what their pet did during surgery but don’t remember exactly who performed the procedure.
