Good at preventing burnout

I have CFS and some muscle atrophy which combine to make recovery difficult. Every time I do any type of physical activity, it drains me for at least a day or two. Working just 10m 10lb usually requires a day of rest. It's pretty depressing and I don't feel like I can progress that way. Creatine seems to be the magic solution to this problem. I don't take the full amount. I take three in the morning, which is half the recommended dose (I assume the full dose is for strength training and other high-impact activities). It actually WORKS! Now I can exercise a little without getting tired! Now I really feel the difference in my body. Now he can access energy reserves AND get more done. I only started taking creatine 3 days ago after feeling tired for a week and was looking for something else to help. This combined with the adrenal extract brought me back to life fully and allowed me to get active again straight away. Nothing else worked as quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad I thought about it and researched it to see if it was a good idea. If you do a search you will find that others are saying the same thing as me on the CFS and Fibromyalgia forums. You can start with two tablets and gradually increase the dosage to find the best dosage if you are using it for fatigue rather than weightlifting. According to my friends who have lifted weights before, too much creatine combined with too little exercise leads to bloating. So make sure you take them early in the day and take a little more for post-recovery time if needed. If you take the right amount in the morning it will keep you going until the evening when the effects wear off leaving you feeling naturally tired and ready for bed. Creatine isn't a cure for fatigue, but it does an excellent job of at least preventing it from starting. :) ***Update*** I did notice some water retention on them but this was easily corrected with OTC water pills. I continue to feel a little bit better every day as if I'm building stamina in "normal" health, just like a few years ago. I feel much more motivated and confident to continue working on my recovery. I feel like I can really do it and I don't bang my head against the wall the first time.
