Quality control could be better
Not sure how the cord was disconnected but everything else is fine. Fortunately, additional cables were included in the kit to solve this problem. Cable Mod is a premium cable maker. Cables must be tension tested prior to packaging. I was concerned that my other cables would be Janky quality, but I tested them and everything works fine on the PSU and PC.
