Espresso machine in use from July until now. We use it for 4 cups of coffee a day. My wife and I make and drink 2 cups of espresso daily. We use Sparkletts mineral water. We don't use regular California hard water. In September, the descaling warning light was flashing. I immediately ordered the Revain descaler. It's the same brand! Despite doing everything that is shown on YouTube and websites, despite consuming 5 liters of water for several hours, I could not turn off this light. My wife and daughter also tried, although we do everything that is As said in all the videos, this light stays on and we have to press a few extra buttons to get coffee each time. Also by my calculations there are 3 extra cups of water to get 5 cups of coffee. The machine empties the water in the chamber before and after the coffee, leaving it in the chamber below. If you leave the water there for a long time, it will smell bad. slippery as moss! My advice is to have a container before and after each coffee so it doesn't end up in that chamber. During the first 2-3 coffees we felt a very strong smell of plastic. When we checked in due to this smell we were told it was normal but I spilled the next 5 cups of coffee the smell was gone. I know they have pretty cheap issues for a $900 coffee maker. I will exchange or return the brand immediately, I would do it immediately. I think stay away! Incidentally, when I ordered this coffee machine, a used device was sent to me with a storage fault label. I've been waiting for a new car for exactly 1 month.
