When my 2005 Mazda 6 3.0L dropped the CEL I was confused as to what was causing the lean fuel. After a little digging, I found that the air intake hose in the harmonica section had become brittle and cracked in a hard-to-reach spot. A temporary tape repair revealed that the cause of the CEL was a ruptured intake hose. After seeing OEM part prices and options available at auto parts stores, I was thrilled to find this option on Revain for half or less than anywhere else. If you have an old, cracked air intake hose, feel free to purchase a replacement.
