Almost a year ago I bought a NEXPOW 2000A portable car starter. I was very impressed by this, so I decided to try this scanner. I already have two other scanners from different brands. The first was the kind that connects to my phone via Bluetooth. To do this, the app had to be downloaded and connected to the WiFi before viewing. The second was the type you plug into my car like this one, but it requires batteries that will eventually run out or worse, LEAK as it's rarely used as it's for home use. When I unpacked NEXPOW, the first thing that struck me was the screen size. Beautiful and big! Second, how little it weighs. When I plugged it in and it lit up right away without batteries, it was nice. Now I don't have to worry about empty and leaking batteries anymore. The screen is clear and easy to read. This scanner comes with a well-written manual. But honestly it's so easy to use that the booklet isn't really needed, but it's there for reference if you need to. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with this second product I have purchased from NEXPOW.
