Strong, safe and recommended.
Not enough for the mount to move all the way or fall off but it does mean I have to re-tighten it once I've stopped. It's not a big problem anyway, just thought it was worth mentioning. Overall this is a fantastic product and if I'm just riding on bike lanes or flat roads there's no problem with it!
