They were easy to work with, very fast turnaround time for any edits. Very professional! Easy to communicate with. I have only been working with their development team through email but there is no communication in progress if something does not go well or any request from my end. Make sure they are trustworthy and have a good development team. My client needs someone familiar with website content analysis that can write about business processes and workflow improvement in an informative manner. I like that it has so many functions in one place as well makes contacting my clients easy! Nothing really but if there were more features with this software they would make me purchase another subscription for additional benefits (such is life!) It's very helpful when trying new products or services out because i am able get quick feedback from other users who are also using them which helps us decide whether its something worth investing time into learning/using etc..
