Review on 🦅 Eagle B16 34 4" Galvanized Straight Pipe by Andrew Cramer

So I wanted to try something new and maybe lower my production costs. This prompted me to try B&C's short nail pattern. After receiving this shipment (October 8th, 2021) I found that the seal of the box was broken. That made me wonder why. I counted the number of strips and found that 200 nails were missing. Then I looked at the reviews and saw that another reviewer [Abhi] had said the same thing. I then called the manufacturer, who "sounded" surprised, and offered to send more nails. At first I said no thanks, I just wanted to get her attention, he insisted, and then I agreed. It has now been more than two months and nothing has been received or heard. The honesty of this company is obviously being questioned and I'm wondering how many boxes are missing unbeknownst to the customers. If you're promoting "2500," that's exactly what you expect. If a previous reviewer pointed out the same issue and it still hasn't been fixed, something is obviously wrong. Then say you will fix the problem and not expose this company's unethical practices. Never again would I rather spend more somewhere else and get what they really advertise.
