This set has a slightly smaller case than I'm used to, but it's stronger and uses fewer batteries to power it. I recommend using rechargeable ones, otherwise you can burn them out quickly, as I've learned from previous models. The lid detaches for use, which is annoying but hygienic. When they are upside down they grind for you and have some light to see how much comes out which is a very nice touch which I thought I didn't need. They have a nice design which I'm happy to leave on the counter and they come with a good guarantee. They make a great gift and would recommend for any family.
