Straight out of the box: 1) Completely disassemble, I mean COMPLETELY! 2) Clean each part, there is a lot of Chinese sand, chips and dirt in it. 3) Lose two lead screws. that came with the machine and replace them with the two spares they sent (they know the screws on the unit are bent so they gave us two spares). 4) Lubricate everything with #68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and assemble. 5) Trial run, adjust wedges as best as possible, there are most likely roughnesses that need to be sanded. 7) Adjust these wedges again as best as possible. really appreciate what a piece of junk you were sold!
