With an iPhone X max wrapped in a Moment case and anamorphic lens, it balances perfectly, but because I also have an external mic, I have to move the phone an inch to make room for the cable and the weights just can't be balanced. So I'll have to order another set. But that's ok because it's a good product. The weights don't come out tangent to the arm, they're perpendicular, but I like that better as the weight on the Smooth 4's arm is less sharp and the magnet motors don't have to move as much to pivot. I think this is the best design so far.
