so far so good, easy to understand controls, decent manual, i like the built in battery. I am editing this review to say that I am super happy with the Gueray support team. I found a problem with the save function. I couldn't get the player to pick up the audiobook from where I left off. No matter what I tried, it all started at the beginning of the CD. After several discussions with Gueray we found that the unit was not working properly so they sent me a new replacement which works great. I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service I received. I would give five stars for the service alone, but I have to say that the sound quality from the built-in speakers is ok, but not what I would call "lossless HIFI sound quality". But ok for an audio book.
