Decent quality though.
Delivery without assembly instructions. I had to figure out how to install it. There is a tiny set screw on the bottom of the metal bracket that you need to loosen, then separate the two parts of the base to install. You will need a small Allen key for installation. Most products that require a cheap special tool to install or assemble come with a cheap tool included. Luckily I had a small, just the right size wrench on hand (it came with my Walmart curtain rod and I kept it), but not everyone is going to have such a tool around the house.
