Over the past 5 years I have tried 3 Hush Bubble aerators which have kept the bait alive. Hush Bubbles are not very water resistant and the pump and battery terminals are prone to rusting. D cells are expensive so I bought rechargeable D cells. I have a minnow bucket and bait pot so I can separate the old, leftover minnows from the fresh ones so I can use the old ones first. I have an air pump with two 110v outlets, but the boat has a single outlet air pump. I bought this Kedsum air pump and it does what I need by supplying air to two bait holders. It's smaller than Hush Bubbles and releases twice as much air. I like that I don't have to open the device to charge the battery and it looks more waterproof than the Hush Bubble pump. I like.
