Review on 🍪 Scoop & Sauté with Ease: OXO Good Grips Silicone Cookie Spatula by Jeff Alradwan

BLUF: best for cookies PROs: flexible, doesn't scratch or stick, and is just right for cookies; works great in combination with my silicone baking mats. Disadvantages: none. I ordered one of these a few years ago and was looking for the right size to get warm biscuits off the tray without crushing the adjacent biscuit. It worked perfectly, so perfectly that I knew I needed another one as it always ended up in the dishwasher when I needed it again. Silicone easily cleans by hand or perfectly washes out of the dishwasher. The "cookie" size is not only suitable for cookies, but also for anyone who bakes small things or uses small pots (e.g. in a toaster). I'm so addicted to it that I've gotten rid of all my other spatulas and replaced them with different sized silicone spatulas for all my pan needs.
