🍪 Scoop & Sauté with Ease: OXO Good Grips Silicone Cookie Spatula Review

One of my companion's favorite gems are spatulas, which tear eggs apart when you turn them. Sunday brunch always included colorful comments about spatulas ruining breakfast. Tired of this, I googled the best egg spatulas and this one popped up. This really is the best egg and cookie spatula ever! We just bought our second one. We jokingly call it the Spatula of Peace on Earth. Sunday morning is calm and relaxing again, with no broken or spoiled eggs.

I just don't understand all the misery people seem to have with this? I use mine with my San Francisco carbon steel wok. He's a 10" bachelor size and this tool is great for stir frying and it's the perfect wok size (my standard wok tools were too long). I also use it for frying on cast iron. Nothing broken or split, works like a boss. This is OXO and they make amazing products for home cooks that last. These are silicone people, it can withstand temperatures of 600 degrees. Use it and enjoy it.

I really like this spatula, but it's important to understand that this is really a spatula. My mistake was that I used it for everything else I cook: stir fries, dinners, other heavy foods and baked goods which contributed to the silicone peeling off the handle. Products I have used.
