Was great until it broke.

We had this just over a month so it isn't like we made thousands of biscuits. The weld on the handle came apart and basically rendered it unsafe to use further. I imagine riveted would be harder to keep clean but if your welding isn't up to the task, better manufacturing needs to be employed.[Update] A month after I posted this, the manufacturer reached out to me to give me a refund. As such, I am increasing my rating from 2 stars to 3.
