When I received my scanner I noticed the screen was scratched and worn, it was not a new scanner. He also had a broken piece. It was the part that holds the Bluetooth connection, which appears to be interchangeable. It seems difficult to contact someone with their problems. So almost everything is easier to just give it back. My feedback on the scanner is that it's value for money, but it's not bi-directional, but it does everything it's supposed to do.
