Used this for key fob programming for a 2015 Silverado and it worked great. The learning curve is a bit tricky, but it's a very good code reader.

This scanner is affordable, easy to use and understand. Bluetooth capabilities are great - just bought a used car and tested maxicom before and during a test drive.

When I received my scanner I noticed the screen was scratched and worn, it was not a new scanner. He also had a broken piece. This scanner is awesome! He programs remote controls and keys! It shows you EVERYTHING and simply searches the internet for explanations if needed. It also shows the actual causes of the codes.
